A celebration of life is a gathering for friends and family to joyfully commemorate their loved ones' journey. There are typically memories shared, music, light food and/or drinks available. A celebration of life can be held right away or months after the loss, whenever the family is ready.
While various factors, such as venue availability and the number of attendees, can affect the planning timeline, we are experts in the field and have several venue partners throughout the Valley. Typically, we can organize a celebration of life with a minimum booking notice of 7 days.

Yes, we would be honored to help you plan a living celebration of life to honor your loved one before they pass. This is a special event because guests are able to share memories, stories, and gratitude for the loved one in their presence.
The venues' Event Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that the space is prepared on the day of the event. They will clean the event space, ensure you have staff, and answer venue questions but all the planning is on you.
However, a Celebration of Life Planner assists with personalizing the memorial for your loved one. We help with coordinating all of the details mentioned above in "What do our Celebration of Life Planning Services include?". That way you can focus on more important things during this already challenging time.
